Even the most famous actors in the world can get starstruck by their colleagues â just ask Brad Pitt!
The F1: The Movie star appeared as a guest on Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast on Wednesday (July 2) where he was asked if he has ever been starstruck by a fellow celebrity. It appears that he hasn't experienced the sensation too often as he has only been starstruck by two female actresses that he shared a screen around the start of his career in Hollywood, per People.
"When I first met Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon, I was. Yeah," he said. "I got over it quickly, though."
Pitt had to overcome his awe quickly as they all had a job to do, starring together in 1991's Thelma & Louise. The iconic film served as his breakout role after years of smaller parts in movies and TV series, acting opposite Davis's Thelma as the charming yet thieving J.D.
Since appearing in the beloved film, the 61-year-old actor has gone on to have a successful career with roles in films like Fight Club, Moneyball, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Ocean's Eleven and more, and even won an Academy Award in 2020 for his supporting role in Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood.
