The unidentified girl was taking part in a kite festival in the seaside town of Nanlioao, Taiwan when she suddenly found herself airborne. Video shot at the scene showed her twisting several times high above a crowd of adults who freaked out and quickly struggled to pull the kite back to earth.
According to local news reports, the little girl was frightened but suffered no physical injuries in the incident.
