The first restaurants that pop into your head when you think of fast food are probably McDonald's, Taco Bell, or Chick-Fil-A. However, regional fast food chains probably won't pop into your mind.
So what are regional fast food chains? These typically refer to those chains that started out in a particular state and then grew due to a devoted following.
So which of these kinds of restaurants is the favorite of Nevada?
Mashed set out to discover the favorite regional fast food chain in each state.
According to the study, Nevada's favorite regional fast food chain is Don Tortaco Mexican Grill. Here's what the study says about Don Tortaco Mexican Grill:
"Don Tortaco's Mexican Grill has 21 locations in Las Vegas and is set up like other Mexican food competitors. And, yes, Don Tortaco's menu has all of the usual Mexican fast food — like burritos, tacos, and enchiladas — but it seems a lot more authentic. Not only is the food delicious, but it's reasonably priced as well. So, stray off the Strip and search out a Don Tortacos instead."
