Tom Cruise has gone viral after unexpectedly checking on a woman he thought was in distress while passing by a break room. The woman was actually crouched down and doomscrolling on her phone when Cruise stopped to ask if she was alright.
Video captured the whole thing, showing the woman was totally stunned to look up and see the Hollywood star, and she could barely speak during the surprise encounter. The pair shared a fist bump before Cruise continued on his way.
The woman says that Cruise later returned after she'd had time to process the moment and posed for a photo with her. The Hollywood actor is currently making the promotional rounds for his new movie, "Digger."
