Maddie & Tae's Taylor Dye Marries Josh Kerr

Maddie & Tae's Taylor Dye is officially a married woman! The country singer married songwriter, Josh Kerr, in Nashville on Friday, February 21.

Dye announced the news on Instagram Saturday (February 22), writing, "My person for life. I am madly in love with you @joshkerrmusic // 2.21.20."

Kerr also turned to his page to share several photos from the wedding. "Wife, my forever, my best friend," he captioned the photos.

The couple had an "intimate ceremony" with friends and family in attendance according to Entertainment Tonight. Dye wore a boat neck long-sleeve backless dress with a tulle train, styling he hair up in a curled ponytail.

Dye and Kerr started dating in 2018 and got engaged on September 2, 2019 on the porch of their new house. "Bought the house. got the ring. asked her dad. got the girl. forever started Sept. 2nd. I love you @ taylordye," Kerr captioned his post at the time.

Dye also shared the news with fans on social media through several photos from the proposal. She wrote, "can't wait to love you forever Joshua Peter Kerr. WE'RE ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!"

The other half of the duo, Maddie Marlow, who recently married her longtime boyfriend, Jonah Font, threw Dye a bachelorette party earlier this month. "well this was one for the books!!!" Dye captioned an Instagram post of Polaroid photos from the event. "@maddiemarlow planned her booty off & officially turned this anti bachelorette partier into a believer. thanks to my girls for showing me all the love"

As the wedding festivities come to a close, Maddie & Tae are gearing up for the release of their sophomore album, The Way It Feels, on April 10. To promote their new album, the duo will embark on their headlining "Tourist In This Town Tour."

Tickets for the tour are available now. In between their headlining dates, Maddie & Tae will join Lady Antebellum as a supporting act on their 2020 "Ocean Tour" this summer.
